Payment is required in full before your items can be sent.  In the unlikley event of an out of stock item or improperly priced item, we will contact you immediately.  You will be offered the choice of immediate full refund as well as possible substitute suggestions.

We offer secure payment with PayPAL and Google.  Both of which accept Visa/Mastercard.

Order Fulfillment

In certain instances an order or part of an order may be fulfilled by another online retailer. Typical reasons include improper shipping address and a delay between actual order and actual shipment.  In which time the itme may become out of stock in the warehouse.


Refurbished Items

Items marked refurbished will be in full working order but may contain superficial surface scratches and nicks that do not affect usability.  

Our refurbished items include ‘dead on arrival’ exchange.  If item or any part does not work we will provide FedEx return shipping label and upon receipt of returned item we will send out an exchange.

Return Policy

We guarantee against shipping damage/defects for 30 days from the date of delivery on all products except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.  The customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, as we will provide all returns/exchanges shipping.  Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)

If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly.  If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

Gaming (includes Brand New consoles):

All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item.  If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer.  If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

Personal Care Items:

If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly.  If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.


All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where TechGriffin has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.  In this case, Member must contact TechGriffin to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pick up.  Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable.  TechGriffin must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.

Unwanted Returns:

Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  Original shipping fee not refunded. Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.   The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping.


We are not liable for incorrect pricing or out of stock items.  But we will do everything in our power to fill your order, or offer a suitable substitute.

Shiping Info:

Some items are shipped same day, but packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.


Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.  Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
